Christie previously served as Chief Executive Officer of YWCA Columbus, a leading social impact organization and provider of affordable housing and childcare services across the Columbus, OH region. Under her leadership, the organization strengthened its community presence, expanded impact, and navigated complex funding and key partner environments.

Earlier, Christie served as Deputy Chief of Staff and External Affairs for the City of Columbus under former Mayor Michael B. Coleman. In that role, she helped guide the city through transformative initiatives in neighborhood development, human services, arts and culture, and financial stability. She worked closely with municipal departments, elected officials, business leaders, and community partners to align strategy, policy, and execution.

Today, Christie continues to advise community organizations and municipal leaders on legislative strategy, public-private collaboration, and stakeholder alignment. She is widely recognized for her ability to build coalitions, navigate complex policy environments, and connect government, business, and community partners to advance meaningful public impact.
